Annual General Meeting to be held in Singapore Chinese Girls’ School 

For the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM), we will be holding a physical meeting in Singapore Chinese Girls’ School. Further details can be found in the Notice of the AGM. Please pre-register at http://tinyurl.com/scagm2024 by 10 April 2024 should you wish to attend the AGM. There will not be an option to attend the AGM virtually.

Quorum & Voting Eligibility

Life members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. We encourage all members to attend the AGM as we have a quorum to meet in order for the AGM to proceed. If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you may use the attached Proxy Form (subject to terms and conditions) to appoint someone else to attend and vote on your behalf. Associate members may attend but are not eligible to vote.
