The SCGS Alumni held our 41st AGM on the 6th April 2019 back at SCGS. Outgoing President, Dr. Serene Toh, recapped all the major events in a fairly busy year for the alumni that saw many events organized and attended. The AGM was Dr. Serene Toh’s last term at the helm of the alumni, a post she has held for 12 illustrious years. She is succeeded by Ms Denise Wong. We thank Dr. Serene Toh for her years of service indeed. After the AGM, we gathered for a wonderful time of food, fun and fundraising. It was lovely to catch up with old friends, and make new ones over a sumptuous peranakan buffet spread that included delectable laksa and kueh pie tee. We also had a small booth selling SCGS memorabilia where proceeds went towards SC Gives Back in support of The President’s Challenge.
